Itemised quotations, fast
Getting a quote from Wambu Hardware takes minutes rather than days. Requests come in through the web form, WhatsApp or the phone, and go straight to the team for pricing. You tell us what you need and a fully itemised quotation comes back to your phone — no back-and-forth, no guesswork.
There are two ways in. Quick mode suits customers who want a fast estimate: describe the project in plain language and we translate that into a line-by-line material list at current prices. Builder mode suits customers who already know exactly what they want — search the catalogue, pick items and quantities, and the quotation assembles from your selections.
Every quotation carries VAT so the true cost is visible from the start. Quotes are delivered within 30 minutes, Mon–Sat, 7am–6pm. No account, no registration.
02 · Catalogue
Live product search and pricing
Builder mode reads our live inventory. As you type a product name — cement, iron sheets, four-inch nails — matching products appear with current unit prices and available stock. Select what you need, set quantities, and move on. Nobody has to walk the aisle to check availability first.
Pricing reflects current stock and any active tier, which means the price you see while building the quote is the price you are charged. Stock levels update as goods move, so procurement can be planned around what is genuinely on the shelf.
If you are unsure of the exact product name or specification, the team is on the phone and on WhatsApp to identify the right material before you submit anything.
03 · Bulk pricing
Contractor tiers on volume
Contractors and developers buying in volume get tiered pricing that reflects the scale of the order. Tiers run across the key categories — cement, iron sheets and timber — and apply automatically once qualifying quantities are selected in Builder mode.
The structure is transparent. Standard and bulk prices sit side by side as you choose quantities, so you can see the saving and the threshold that triggers it, and plan the order to land in the better bracket.

04 · Payments
M-Pesa, Equity and KCB
M-Pesa is the quickest route: pay to Paybill 522533, account 5873286, send the confirmation, and the order moves to collection or delivery immediately.
Bank transfer suits larger orders and formal procurement. We hold accounts with Equity Bank and KCB Bank, and the account details are printed on your quotation and invoice — always confirm them against a document issued by us rather than against a message. Cash is accepted at the counter.
Every payment is receipted against its quotation reference, which keeps your reconciliation simple and our records clean for tax purposes.
05 · Delivery
Delivery across Samburu County
We deliver to project sites and homes across Samburu County. Whether the site is in Maralal town or well out into the county, delivery is arranged when you confirm the order.
Scheduling is coordinated once payment lands. Plan larger deliveries a day or two ahead, particularly bulk cement and iron sheets, which need the right transport. Smaller hardware orders can often go same-day or next-day.
Mention delivery when you request the quote and transport is costed into the same document, so the total spend is visible before you commit to anything.
06 · Compliance
KRA-compliant paperwork
Wambu Hardware Limited is registered with the Kenya Revenue Authority under PIN P051704967S, which appears on all official documentation including quotations and invoices. Contractors and developers who need compliant paperwork for their own accounting can use our documents directly.
All quoted prices are VAT-inclusive with the VAT component broken out on the quotation, and nothing is added at the payment stage. That keeps our invoices straightforward to process for clients with formal accounting requirements.
If you need an ETR receipt or a particular invoice format, say so when requesting your quote and the correct documentation is prepared alongside the order.
